  1. No emergency answer to Electric faults. Phone rings to voicemail.
    I u.tlimately logged fault with water and sanitation as they atleast answered their phones.

    Please revert who do we contact for electric faults. metre system not prepaid. it’s doing on and off right now 02 April 2019. Affected is 1 house hold.

      Did you call 0800 20 50 50? They should give you a reference number. This is the tourism department thus we won’t be able to log the call for you.
